Federal President Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier attended the Thanksgiving service in beautiful Tangermünde on Sunday, October 5, 2025. During this event, selected representatives from associations, institutions, and companies in the region had the opportunity to showcase the Altmark region in all its diversity. DE-VAU-GE Gesundkostwerk Deutschland GmbH also took advantage of this opportunity.

On September 18, the DE-VAU-GE held an Energy Consulting Day. In three presentations, external energy consultants informed our employees about solar energy, efficient electricity use, and modern solutions for gas and heating. Around 20 colleagues took the opportunity to learn about practical applications. Numerous questions were asked during the presentations, leading to an open and constructive exchange.

The exams, assignments, and final tests are completed, and holiday season is approaching. It’s the perfect time to look back on the past year and to set plans and ambitions for the year ahead. A group of apprentices gathered at Lopausee near Amelinghausen to paddle across the lake in great weather and good spirits. Afterwards, there were small snacks, drinks, and ice cream. This year's Lüneburg Company Run took place in Embsen on Friday, 13 June – once again with strong participation from DE-VAU-GE. Under the team name “Die Flotten Flocken” (“The Speedy Flakes”), 14 motivated colleagues from all departments took to the starting line. In summery 24 °C weather, all participants successfully completed either the 6.36 km jogging route or the approx. 4 km walking route. We rewarded the fastest runners within the company with a small gift.

We are pleased to share our successful experience at Vocatium Lüneburg 2025! The fair took place from May 27th to 28th, 2025, in the beautiful city of Lüneburg and provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with young talents and future professionals. As DE-VAU-GE Gesundkostwerk Deutschland GmbH, we presented our company, our products, and our diverse career opportunities. The interest from students and parents was great, and we had many exciting conversations. Topics such as apprenticeships, dual studies, and entry opportunities with us attracted particular attention. Our muesli bars and peanut balls also received enthusiastic feedback.

This year, our trainees Francesco Stagliano and Jasper Hennings are taking part in a comprehensive training course by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce on the topic of saving energy in companies. They are particularly keen to actively raise awareness of this important topic among their own colleagues. For this reason, the two used an entire day to provide their colleagues with comprehensive information on easy energy-saving measures.
