To ensure the quality and safety of our food products, we operate in accordance with recognised international standards. These help us to systematically implement requirements relating to safe production processes, controls and the quality of our products. Depending on the raw material and area of application, we also take into account certification schemes with defined requirements relating to the environmental and social aspects of the supply chain. In this way, we establish transparent criteria for the selection and assessment of raw materials, suppliers and producers.

IFS Food Standard

Certification by the IFS Food Standard helps us to improve food safety and the quality of processes and products. Since 2003, we have been in the highest claim group (higher level, with more than 95% of the requirements to be met) in regular reviews.

EU Organic Certificate

Quality always comes first for us. Therefore we are very proud that we can offer many products in organic quality. We have been organically certified for 3 decades now. Regular checks are therefore carried out in accordance with the EU Organic Regulation, in which we always meet the high requirements.
