The Task

Our goal is to strengthen our position in the European market for cereals, muesli and bars and to further expand it internationally. Support us with your ideas, your flexibility and your commitment and grow together with us at DE-VAU-GE.

Error-free management of production facilities
Compliance, control and documentation of all specifications and standards that are required for the manufacture, quality and product safety of a product
Passing on spoken and written information in the course of the production process
Education and training of (new) colleagues
Active participation in the implementation, execution and documentation of experiments and data acquisition
Independent recognition and execution of all tasks that are required to comply with hygiene and occupational safety regulations or that have a positive influence on the manufacturing process
Active and independent participation in KV processes and other improvement processes
Execution of control activities within the framework of the prescribed quality standards

Who we are looking for:

In-depth knowledge of quality standards, hygiene rules and standards for maintaining occupational safety
Experience in machine operation
Knowledge of TPM/CIP
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
