Future Day 2023 at DE-VAU-GE
In the context of this year’s future day, we, the apprentices of DE-VAU-GE Gesundkostwerk Deutschland GmbH, were thrilled to welcome 30 eager students in our building.
The numerous presentations and stations, such as for the diverse opportunities for apprenticeships, allowed the curious students to collect a thorough first impression into the company and its opportunities for apprenticeships.
During the tour of the production, the students gained an overview over the different processes of production, as they were able to assemble their own muesli. Additionally, in a board game assembled by the apprentices, they were able to playfully see the business activities and its related everyday challenges during the apprenticeship. Hereby the DE-VAU-GE and its apprenticeship could be experienced up close!
Besides this physical event, we as the DE-VAU-GE Gesundkostwerk Deutschland GmbH have participated in the digital future day of the IHK. A team of apprentices enabled over 100 participating students to digitally get to know the DE-VAU-GE Gesundkostwerk Deutschland GmbH.
After a presentation of the company and its products, the students were able to test their newly gained knowledge in a playful quiz. The opportunities for apprenticeships were presented with the support of the trainer Nadine Reincke and apprentices from different areas. Short videos from the immediate workplace of the apprentices gave the pupils the opportunity to gain insights into the production, technology, and IT.
We keep the eager participation of the students in the digital, as well as the physical, future day as a positive memory for us.
