DE-VAU-GE seeks talents: Visit the training fair at the Johann-Peter-Eckermann Realschule

On 20.04.2026 DE-VAU-GE had a stand at the training fair of the Johann-Peter-Eckermann Realschule in Winsen. Our goal: To inspire young people to pursue an apprenticeship in our company.
We answered questions about our training occupations, presented the diverse areas of responsibility and gave insights into the everyday work at DE-VAU-GE. It is particularly important to us that people interested have the opportunity to speak directly with our current trainees at trade fairs. You can authentically report on their experiences, answer questions firsthand, and thus provide a realistic insight into the everyday training – this is often more valuable than any presentation. The interest in the opportunities of an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic or mechatroniker (m/w/d) was particularly great, to which Marvin Blenner, as an industrial mechanic apprentice in the 3rd year of training, could directly provide the best information and has, among other things. our hot wire explained, which he helped build.
“It is important to us to establish contact with young people early on and to introduce them to the advantages of training with DE-VAU-GE,” says Prisca Lukow (Recruiting Manager), who accompanied the trade fair. “The Johann-Peter-Eckermann Realschule is an important partner for us, and we are pleased about the good response to our presence.” Laney Döbbelin (intern in HR) found: “The trade fair was particularly exciting for me, as I took part from the company’s perspective for the first time and was able to gain valuable insights into the interests and expectations of young talents. It offered us as a company an excellent opportunity to directly connect with motivated young talents.
